The Union of Two Family Histories

Greenland · LeClaire

MMXXVI

With the marriage of Brandon Noble LeClaire and Abbie Jane Greenland‑Pigott at Hampton Court Castle in May 2026, two long-documented family traditions are formally joined within a single household. The continuous LeClaire lineage — traced from medieval Lorraine through Lorrain office, Rhineland commerce and Anglophone migration — meets the Greenland-Pigott line, itself a recorded family tradition rooted in the English countryside.

The union is recorded here not as an elevation, but as a genealogical milestone: the continuation of both family histories within a new generation, and the beginning of a shared chronicle to be kept by their descendants. The two achievements shown above are preserved side by side as a family record, honouring the histories that meet within this house.

Inscribed in the chronicle of the House — that what was begun by our forebears may be carried forward by those who follow.
